• the underpinning is solid, level, and secure. 

• water lines are properly insulated as they freeze quicker than traditional foundation homes

• the electrical outlet provides sufficient power to the heat tape/lamp source

Additionally mobile homes are built with varying roofing structures that require specific attention to detail. On many roofs, swamp coolers have been installed and should be inspected for any leakage. Finally, even if the unpinning is in perfect condition, your flooring could still lack proper foundation structure that could lead to potential hazards.
